Technical Support
Training - Systems are designed to allow you
to become self-trained within hours of using the software. representatives
will assist you in the installation of your system and spend the necessary time needed to
properly train you in the use of all functions of the system.
Daily Support - provides support by phone
during regular business hours 8 AM - 5 PM (PT) to answer questions and assist you in
solving problems.
24-Hour Support -
provides a 24-hour 7-day a week Bulletin Board System (BBS) which
contain tutors, help, documentation and current information available to
read or download and a message center which is regularly monitored, available
to all our users.
Maintenance/Upgrades - The
purchase of a System
includes a year of maintenance and upgrades as they become available. After the first
year, an annual maintenance fee is available to continue providing you with current
software releases and user support.
